Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Casey brings a worldly perspective, exceptional communication, and a lifelong passion for mixology that began when he was just 15 years old. For events requiring extra flexibility, Casey can even provide a custom mobile bar setup when needed.
Bartending Experience & Background
A proud UNLV graduate with degrees in sociology and psychology, Casey combines deep emotional intelligence and guest insight with top-tier technical expertise. He is a certified Local 165 Bartenders Union member and fully licensed to serve alcohol in Las Vegas. His impressive hospitality resume includes working in the high-volume beverage department for MGM Resorts (Mandalay Bay & Excalibur) during banquets and special events, as well as serving as the lead mixologist at The Orleans Casino.
