Only songs that are approved by you will be used. We cannot choose songs for you. Everyone has different musical taste.
I cannot choose songs that I think will be good for your mashup due to the fact that we may have different musical taste. For example, what if a hip hop song was chosen for you and you dislike hip hop. What if a country song was chosen for you and you do not like country. Some people find the Chicken Dance funny and some people find it corny.
If you need help choosing songs for your mashup click here. I have a Spotify playlist of commonly chosen songs for mashup mixes.
If you need ideas for your mashup click here.
There will be an extra charge if you request to add or replace a song with a new song after mashup creation has already begun.
Just because the song is replaced it does not mean the edit has not been done with the unwanted song. A new song needs to be reviewed and edited to fit in with the rest of the songs. A new song means, it’s a new beat, a new tempo, different lyrics, etc.
I do allow changes free of charge. As long as there are no new songs being added or replaced. If you want additional song transitions, I charge $6 for each new song transition.
What if I want the same song twice in the mashup?
If you want to add the same song twice in your mashup, I still count that as two transitions even though it is the same song. With each transition is a different cut. It is very common that a mashup starts and ends with the same song. Those are considered two song transitions because although the same song, it still must be edited separately to fit in with the rest of the songs.
